I draw comic books and I get paid for it. It's a pretty sweet deal. I first decided that I wanted to be a comic book artist at the age of 13, and I intended to break into the comic book industry at the age of 14. I didn't quite make that goal. In fact, it would take me to the age of 24 to finally start getting work and then a few more years to actually be able to support myself at it. And here I am.

This Live Journal is a place for me to talk about my career, from trying to break into the industry, to slowly getting paying gigs, and my career as it happens. Oh and eventually to my spectacular failure that leaves me homeless, penniless, and empty. But, primarily this will be a place for me to post my art work. I'll be posting current stuff I'm working on and really really old stuff too, stuff from my sketch books and published stuff as well.
